Tracy Devine, Founder of Devine Solutions, is an MBA grad with 12+ years of full-time work in the development and events field for organizations like the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the University of Maryland at College Park. Since 2013, Tracy has worked as an independent consultant through her firm, Devine Solutions; advising local and regional non-profit organizations seeking to enhance their relationships through strategic planning, communications, and the design and execution of high-end events.
Tracy’s client roster has grown consistently from her small first project for the Chesapeake Conservancy; to several large-scale annual projects for clients like Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School, Maryland Environmental Trust, Severna Park Community Center, and Blue Water Baltimore. The growth of Devine Solutions Consulting has been 100% organic, all through client referrals. Tracy lets her work speak for itself, and knows a successful project always means more work will follow. Outside her "office," Tracy loves to stand-up paddleboard, maintains a healthy lifestyle, and has worked as a certified yoga instructor since 2013. She lives in the Baltimore area with her husband and is mother to two amazing kids and one very lazy yellow lab.
